Course Description

There comes a time in every organization when a technology change is necessary. Although new technology can significantly improve the operations of any organization, it's not always a silver bullet to fix everything, even with the world of exciting possibilities it can bring. Proper planning is essential for a smooth transition, whether it's general ledger, HRIS, or accounts payable systems.

Join us for an informative webinar as our presenters share insights to help attendees strategically plan for a technological change.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify whether challenges are process-driven, people-driven, or technology-driven

  • Recognize areas where process improvements might be needed before a technological change

  • Evaluate planning strategies for a change in technology within an organization

  • Outline how to select a new technology platform or vendor
