This course will demonstrate an actual case study from the instructor’s own experience on how to successfully prepare and win an Offer in Compromise case involving income tax and payroll tax issues. You will learn how to start engagement with a client, request documents, analyze tax problem, read and understand IRS transcripts, evaluate possible tax resolutions, know how to structure your fees, prepare Form 433-A (OIC) and Form 656, negotiate the offer with the IRS and prepare closing letter for a client. In this course instructor will share tips and techniques for a successful resolution of tax liability from a 6-digit to a 4-digit number.
